Topical Steroid Ointment for Eczema

This is a topical steroidal antedrug containing prednisolone valerate acetate which has a high anti-inflammatory effect. Antedrugs are drugs that exert their effects at the applied areas, and are finally converted to low active substances in the body.

PRECAUTIONS FOR USE

  1. Do not apply to the following areas.
    Varicella (chickenpox), athlete's foot (tinea pedis), tinea cruris, etc. or purulent areas
  2. Do not use widely on the face.
  3. Do not use for a long period of time.

INDICATIONS

Eczema, dermatitis, heat rash, contact dermatitis, itching, insect bite, urticaria

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION

Apply an appropriate amount to the affected area several times daily.

Precautions

  1. Follow the dosing instruction.
  2. For children, use under parental guidance.
  3. Be careful not to get the medicine into the eyes. If it gets into the eyes, immediately wash with water or lukewarm water. If the symptom is severe, consult an ophthalmologist.
  4. For topical use only.

Inactive ingredients:
White Petrolatum, Light Liquid Paraffin, Paraffin

PRECAUTIONS FOR STORAGE AND HANDLING

  1. Stopper tightly and store in a dry and cool place, away from high temperature and direct sunlight.
  2. Keep out of the reach of children.
  3. Do not transfer to other container. (It may cause misuse or change the quality.)
  4. Do not use the product past the expiration date (printed on the outer box and tube).
